Our Prime New York Strips are cut from USDA Prime Boneless Strip Loins and are aged 30 days prior to cutting. Our steaks are 14 ounces and a minimum of 1 inch thick, the tail is trimmed to 1/2 inch, and packaged 2 per pack.
