Our delicious Porterhouse Steak is the best of both worlds, combining cuts from the Tenderloin and New York Strip. This larger than life steak will satisfy the appetite of any hungry individual. It’s good-eating, no matter the situation!
Our Beef Porterhouse Steaks are cut from USDA Choice or Higher Short Loins that have aged a minimum of 30 days. Our steaks are cut a minimum of 1 inch thick, the fat is trimmed to 1/4 inch, and the tail is trimmed to 1/2 inch. The tenderloin is present and is greater than 1 1/4 inch. This steak is larger than our T-Bone steak and features two fantastic cuts of beef, Tenderloin and NY Strip, in one package!
