Our Bone-In Ribeyes are cut from a USDA Choice or Higher Beef Bone-In Ribeye Roll that has aged a minimum of 21 days. These steaks are cut to a minimum of 1 inch thick, the fat trimmed to 1/4 inch, tail trimmed to 1/4 inch, and packaged one steak per pack. Each ribeye averages 20-22oz in weight and are ideal for any individual with a large appetite!
