Pork Porterhouse Chop
This bone-in cut of pork is large, lean, and an excellent option for a hungry group. Grill it during the warmer months and pair it with some of your favorite sides, including the RRM BBQ sauce, and it will leave you wanting more! This is the perfect summertime dinner that the whole family will enjoy.
Our Porterhouse Chops are cut from the loin on the sirloin end where the pork tenderloin is still visible, much like a T-Bone. Porterhouse Chops are usually a larger pork chop that includes the Psoas major. Our chops are cut to a minimum thickness of a 1 1/2 inches and the fat trimmed to a 1/4 inch. These Porterhouse Chops are perfect smoked and seasoned with either our Pecan or Applewood Rub. We recommend using our BBQ Sauce to finish off the perfect pork chop!
