Conditions of Use

Our perishable products ship out overnight and leave our facility frozen. However, we are not responsible for shipping orders that are delayed due to weather or other factors outside of our control. If products delivered to you have begun to thaw, but are still cold, these products are safe to refrigerate and use within 3-5 days or can be refrozen. We will not be held responsible for packages that were delivered on time, but were left out, or shipped to the incorrect address due to customer ordering errors. When placing an order, please make sure to input the correct shipping information, and be aware that you are responsible for receiving the product in time once delivered. In addition, if your order is being shipped as a gift to someone, you are responsible for contacting them with shipping information.
