As a USDA inspected facility, we can not accept returns once the product has left our facility. If products delivered to you arrive warm or if packaging has been opened, we guarantee to work with you in order to meet your needs. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we want to hear about it! Please contact us directly by emailing raideredmeats.staff@ttu.edu within two business days after receiving your shipment.
