Our Beef Stew Meat is perfect for adding flavor and a source of protein to each bite of your stew. Our premium stew meat is trimmed from our Premium Ribeye Rolls and cut into approximately 1-inch cubes that will become "melt-in-your-mouth-tender" after slow cooking.

Tenderloins, one of our favorite cuts of meat, otherwise known as filet mignon, come in a fantastic pack of four. With several delicious steaks in one package, this is a crowd-pleaser that will be appreciated for the added tenderness and leanness compared to other steaks.

Our Tenderloin Tails and Tips are cut straight from our premium and prime tenderloins. This custom-cut beef is great for kabobs, stir-frying, or melt-in-your-mouth steak tips.
