Our Prime Rib is prepared with our own Raider Red's Prime Rib Rub before being smoked in-house for 9 hours. Once we achieve our desired temperature and doneness, we let the whole prime ribs cool down before cutting them into three equal sections. This product is packaged individually in thirds, and each can typically feed up to 8 people. This prime rib is perfect for impressing your guests and comes with easy reheat instructions!
