Our Porterhouse Chops are cut from the loin on the sirloin end where the pork tenderloin is still visible, much like a T-Bone. Porterhouse Chops are usually a larger pork chop that includes the Psoas major. Our chops are cut to a minimum thickness of a 1 1/2 inches and the fat trimmed to a 1/4 inch. These Porterhouse Chops are perfect smoked and seasoned with either our Pecan or Applewood Rub. We recommend using our BBQ Sauce to finish off the perfect pork chop!
